From West Coast Roots To East Coast Precision
Josh began cultivating in the desert climate of Arizona, where every detail mattered. The environment demanded precision—airflow, lighting, and nutrient balance all had to be dialed in by instinct. It was there he developed the hands-on approach and attention to detail that continues to shape his work today. “You had to be dialed in to every detail. It taught me to listen to the plant. You couldn’t cut corners.”
That mindset now guides RITUAL’s entire cultivation, where every choice from strain selection to irrigation planning is rooted in purpose and refined across multiple stages before reaching the shelf.

We don’t chase lab numbers or fall for buzzwords, we grow cannabis for how it smells, how it smokes, and how it makes you feel. Every strain goes through a full in-house R&D cycle before it ever hits production, evaluated across aroma, structure, and performance from clone to cure.

The Grower’s Ritual
For Josh, the ritual is about quiet moments. After long days spent managing dozens of strains and dialing in the grow, he reaches for something that helps him shift out of work mode and into rest.
“I’m a before-bed type of guy. I don’t really smoke socially—I prefer to wind down at night after, you know, a short 14-hour day at the grow.”
